This certificate is issued by Car Checks (Pvt) Ltd (hereinafter “Car Checks”) pursuant to a reasonable visual inspection (which is done without any disassembly, dismantling or removal of any part of the motor vehicle) of the structural integrity of the motor vehicle. This means the monocoque and chassis (as applicable) of the motor vehicle are free of damage due to collisions only. This certificate does not cover any other aspects of the motor vehicle including body damage due to minor collisions which have been painted or otherwise repaired, engine, transmission, axles, brakes, electrical and electronic components, interior etc.
This certificate is not a substitute for a full report by Car Checks and we recommend a full inspection.
Car Checks has not checked or verified the registration, police, insurance and maintenance records of the motor vehicle and any other publicly or privately held records, information or data relating to the motor vehicle.
Any information and recommendations supplied by us are not and should not be held or construed to amount to approval or acceptance of the matters in connection with which the information and recommendations are supplied or of the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose.
Car Checks is not a substitute for the designers, manufacturers, producers, operators, transporters, sellers, buyers or owners, who, notwithstanding our actions, are not released from any of their obligations of whatever nature. In particular, our inspection. This certificate is not and should not be held or construed to amount to approval or acceptance of the matters in connection with which the information and recommendations are supplied or of the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose.
Our inspection of the motor vehicle and this certificate are not and should not be construed as a release of the seller from the seller’s own obligations toward the buyer.
This certificate is valid only at the date, time, mileage and place of inspection stated in the certificate. Beware the mileage can be easily adjusted by unscrupulous persons at any time.
Where the certificate relates to a used motor vehicle (including an unregistered re-conditioned motor vehicle), the addressee is specifically and expressly warned that, due to use, such motor cars may not be of the same quality as a brand-new motor vehicle.
